CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellation Policy: (High Season – Dec – April)

  • Cancellation 15 days or more before the arrival date: full refund, no charges or penalties.
  • Cancellation less than 15 days before the arrival date: a penalty equivalent to two (2) nights will apply.
  • Reservation modifications will be considered as cancellations, and all current cancellation policies will apply.

Cancellation Policy: (Low Season – May – Nov)

  • No penalty charge: full refund, no charge.

Cancellation Policy: (Easter, Christmas and New Year, Long Weekends)

  • No refund or credit: advance deposit and final payment ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • Reservation modifications will be considered as cancellations, and all current cancellation policies will apply.
  • It is not permitted to use the deposit from a canceled apartment to pay the balance of another apartment.
  • Failure to pay the second amount on the established date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, without refund of the advance deposit.
