Alice & Luis were extremely helpful and proactive in their communications.

Falls ich wieder einmal in die gegen möchte wäre das jeder Zeit meine Anlaufstelle. 😊

  Nice Apartment with very loud environment directly at the street.

First the good points.
The apartment was very clean and the daily cleaning service was very flexible and polite.... read more /> The reception was always reachable and very friendly.
Some of the apartments have only half of the size balconies which doesn’t fit to the pictures. But we could arrange to change the room to the second floor, where the balcony is bigger. Good service to correct the mistake.
Pools and surroundings were clean such as the breakfast restaurant was nice.

Now bad things:
The Main Street to the beach is directly crossing the balcony and the parking of the plaza is directly below the balconies. This means constant noise and fume from the tuned motorcycles and scooters. We couldn’t really enjoy the balcony. From 10pm until 4am the beach clubs are playing loud music. I would say this is a very loud place with no silence or privacy. Other balconies can also look into your balcony if you’re on the less noisy inner side
